Processing & Roasting Time
All Los Beans coffee is roasted fresh to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, roasted, and packed before it is handed off to our shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location:
British Columbia: 1 to 3 business days Alberta & Western Canada: 2 to 4 business days Ontario & Eastern Canada: 4 to 7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
